To aid with this growth, they are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join their passionate team to help advise, manage and improve Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters within the business. There is also the opportunity to lead and mentor a HSE Officer on a day-to-day basis. This organisation will need a HSEQ Manager who has broad manufacturing experience, ideally industrial engineering, someone who is balanced, knowledgeable around HSEQ legislation and can coach people around HSEQ matters.
The HSEQ Manager is a dedicated role within the operations team to promote and maintain the HSEQ culture and performance within the company. The role will monitor HSEQ information and metrics, assess risk, consult and advise on HSEQ issues drawing on best practice professionalism, contribute to improvement projects and raise HSEQ non-compliances.
Key HSEQ Manager experience:
- Proven experience in a health, safety, environmental and quality role, ideally with a focus on the health & safety and quality aspects.
- Experience implementing or working with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing or mentoring health & safety staff.
Our client is offering an excellent salary of £50k to £60k with the following bonus benefit: ~ Bonus Company Bonus scheme (0.25% of company net profit) (after successful completion of probation).
