The aim is to have all the spare parts and tools, which are necessary for the optimal performance of the factory, available as and when required. This is delivered with a lean perspective and involves weighing up availability and reducing storage costs. The working environment includes **direct contact with customers** in maintenance including technicians, team leaders, reliability engineers, planners and schedulers as well as Operations teams including technical leads.As part of the project activities, the **warehouse team supports the project teams** to ensure an ideal storage of new materials in the storage system as well as selection of spare parts.
