Joining as the PNE Enterprise Planning D&A Lead you will become a key player in the program Digital team. Leading Mars strategic D&A partners and working closely with PNE Enterprise Planning Digital Director, business stakeholders and experts, and central D&A/IT organisations you will enable program value commitments by driving the future of PNE Enterprise Planning D&A landscape. This will be done by uplifting and extending the set of D&A capabilities and ensuring continuity of currently existing as Enterprise Planning digital ecosystem evolves. This role is a transformation program role with the expected duration till the end of 2027, subject to change shall there be additional scope or needs identified.
What are we looking for?
- Legal right to travel, live and work in EU or UK
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, or planning technology roles, ideally in FMCG or similar industries.
- Hands‑on experience with D&A solution implementations (deployment or enhancement) in end‑to‑end Supply Chain space
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in global or regional IT/business programs to deliver on defined objectives and timeline within the project scope
- Experience in data migration, re‑piping, or system integration projects at scale.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technology solutions that enable business value
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage delivery on defined timeline within the project scope
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Collaborate with business process experts to capture, prioritise, and shape requirements for data and analytics capabilities, to enable program value commitments delivery
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between business stakeholders, Enterprise Planning program leadership, IT teams, and external partners, driving alignment and transparency.
- Lead Development Teams: Guide technical teams in designing, building, and deploying high‑quality data and analytics solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Data Integration & Management: Ensure complete and accurate migration of planning platform data into the enterprise data lake, establishing strong foundations for future analytics.
- Safeguard Business Continuity: Identify and implement critical changes to existing solutions during the transition to new planning platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems. Ensure all key design choices are aligned with regional and global D&A leaders and architecture teams.
- Capability Delivery: Track progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and provide clear updates to program leadership.
