We are searching for an experienced Digital Professional with experience across Supply and SAP to join the Pet Nutrition Europe (PNE) Digital team to lead the delivery of the transformation of our Digital Core (Supply, Commercial, R&D, Sustainability and Finance) while also driving Run & Growth agenda of the 40 countries across Pet Nutrition Europe. The role reports to the PNE Chief Digital and Information Officer and is a key leader of the Supply and Digital Leadership Teams.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience in supply automation projects, including at least 5 years in ERP, Integrated Planning, Smart factories.
- Knowledge of CPG industry is a must.
- Subject matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: ERP, Integrated Planning, Smart factories, Logistics Automation.
- Progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Application Landscape, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
- Change Management and Process Improvement experience / certification required (PROSCI / Six Sigma).
- Experience working across the delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in a Digital leadership role, ideally driving strategic business change through digital products and programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital transformation programmes, ideally with significant new system implementations.
- Great at developing new relationships, driving positive change, and matching business challenges to digital opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of designing scalable and robust technical architectures that support product requirements.
- Mastery of Agile and DevOps practices to enhance product development efficiency and collaboration to lead the OE Acceleration Team.
- Experience working in a globally matrixed organisation that emphasizes collaboration, efficiency and teamwork.
- Connect and collaborate effectively across Pet Nutrition EU and Global teams to ensure the Digital Transformation delivers value globally and locally.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Strategic Oversight and Vision: Drive the long-term digital transformation strategy, aligning digital core initiatives with the PNE's overarching business objectives, and ensuring seamless integration across all digital platforms at an enterprise level.
- Own holistic Digital Core agenda and roadmaps for PNE integrated across global transformation and local priorities to drive execution excellence and avoid duplication.
- Lead digital transformation for Digital Core (Supply, R&D, Sustainability, Commercial and Finance) in PNE.
- Lead deployment of Digital Core transformation initiatives for PNE.
- Change management to drive lasting change from digital initiatives.
- Responsible for the initiation and overseeing implementation of the Shepherd program (S/4 HANA re-implementation) for PNE.
- Partner with PNE Technical Leadership Team (TLT) to drive lasting digital capability uplift in PNE.
- Own identification and prioritisation of new Digital Core demand and priorities.
- Lead the PNE Digital Core team directly managing minimum 6 team members and up to 20 partners.
- Executive Leadership and Influence: Shape and influence critical decisions regarding digital investments, ensuring that digital core initiatives are prioritized and funded appropriately.
- Mentor and develop the team bringing expertise as a leader and a Digital Supply SME.
- Jointly own the tracking and delivery of benefits from global and local Core initiatives with the PNE TLT.
- Own PNE relationship with global Digital Core Director and MFS.
- Responsible for service management of Digital Core products.
- Govern and lead Risk Management to establish and enforce robust digital governance frameworks, mitigating enterprise-level risks associated with digital operations, and ensuring compliance with Europe regulations.
