The dynamic work environment will prepare you for the challenges of the future. The Mars Procurement Leadership Experience is a three-year programme consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different areas of our organization, which can include buying, operations, quality, effectiveness and sustainability.

As a Procurement Graduate, you’ll embark on 3 x 12-month placements across the Mars business. Work with a clear mission to create a better world for tomorrow by bringing the best of the outside in today through our Commercial Pillars. Contribute to deliver value for the business across different areas: Productivity, People, Sustainability, Innovation and Quality. Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.

  • Mobile within the UK; your home site will be Slough, but you may need to relocate for 1 of your placement years.
