What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: GCSEs Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

You’ll be required to work shifts in this role, and as such we require you to be 18+ by the 7th September 2026.
Your Role:
- Team Collaboration: Develop the ability to work effectively as a cross-functional team, which includes fellow operators, on-site engineers, Quality and Safety personnel, to achieve outstanding results.
- Problem Solving Skills: Learning how to operate, diagnose faults, and maintain our equipment within a factory setting.
- Safety First: Apply Mars’ quality and safety standards to protect our people and products.
