The predicted salary is between 65000 - 75000 £ per year.
In our ambition to gain share and create value, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and decision support for the respective operating entity's portfolio in line with our business strategies. Along with creating insights on finance performance, you will need to ensure achievement of NSV and profitability targets and that investments stay within budget. This involves providing financial direction and guidance to the CGO and the Portfolio teams & other relevant stakeholders on the current business performance for their portfolio and acting as a catalyst to improve future business performance via robust assessment of future activities and driving them through to implementation.
You will co-create portfolio plans, challenge/review assumptions, identify opportunities & risks and ensure sustainable value creation. In this role, you will coordinate A&CP process and oversee the A&CP investment and budget across the business, as well as provide transparency and reporting to enable correct budget choices and spending in the most efficient and value creating way. It is critical that you engage a team of associates that supports the value creation mindset through an agile & digital working environment. You will also be responsible for building a high-performance collaboration environment and supports the development and growth of team members. As per our location principles for regional roles - the role can be based in any Pet Nutrition Europe site but requires regular travel to PAD.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- S&F business partner for the PNE portfolio and brand management, supporting the innovation strategy and execution of financial performance for the respective business including insights to deliver the Brand P&L performance.
- Partner with Regional R&D and S&OP+ teams to determine future innovation pipeline needs and help shape the resource trade-offs and prioritisation decisions needed to drive both growth & efficiency.
- Partner with SRM and Cluster Finance Directors to support and roll out ROI models and best practices to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities as well as the PPA initiatives.
- Accountable for attracting, developing and retaining talent and coaching a high-performing Demand Finance Team.
