Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking an Education & Training Lead to shape and drive the site E&T roadmap, building organizational capability in line with MSE standards.

You will partner with the Site Leadership Team as the E&T pillar SME and steward the capability framework, training matrices, and learning initiatives.

The role requires strategic E&T leadership, budget governance, and hands-on training delivery.
