Your future as a leader starts today. Our Supply Chain Leadership Programme gives you exposure across Mars, a Global Leader in the FMCG space and is the perfect grounding for a leadership career in our Global end-to-end Supply Chain. You’ll get world-class support, and meet friends for life, all whilst developing your future career, today. You’ll typically follow a path through three years with exposure to right across our supply chain.
With opportunities from leading projects on the factory floor, to planning our production volumes, to making sure our products safely arrive at our customers, in this programme you will develop your functional and leadership capabilities to the next level.
What does the Programme Entail?
You’ll embark on 3 x 12-month placements across the Mars business. Three placements along our supply chain - from production in the factory to the customer facing teams. You’ll lead your own Supply Chain projects across a global business, with exposure to our end-to-end Supply Chain.

What do we need from you?
You’ll have obtained a degree in any subject, graduating next summer or graduated within the last 2 years. Mobile within the UK. Your home site will likely be Slough, but you may need to relocate for 1 of your placement years. You’ll need to have the passion and ambition to forge a challenging and potentially international career in Supply Chain.
