What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience in digital media planning, strategy and/or ad-operations
  • Deep expertise managing multi-million-dollar investment budgets including planning, channel allocation and reporting
  • Experience building, scaling or managing biddable media operations and/or search operations; hands-on ad platform experience a plus
  • Experience with both brand-building and performance marketing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders across functions and markets around a common process or way of working
  • Proven & demonstrable project management, change leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship builder to upskill, engage and inspire teams
  • BSC or Business Degree and/or equivalent media experience

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Media Investment & Planning: Drive global media investment governance, scenario planning, and PESO framework implementation to maximize investment effectiveness, consumer relevance, and sustainable growth.
  • Ad Operations & Data Taxonomy: Establish, standardize and govern global ad operations excellence through standardized taxonomy, tracking, and data governance to enable accurate and consistent media performance reporting.
  • Data, Technology & Measurement: Scale media measurement and ad-tech capabilities, embedding MMM insights into planning and decision-making while driving best-in-class standards. Codify and deploy data and measurement best practices across markets, and enhance Search performance through dynamic bidding and keyword optimization.
  • Finance & Reporting: Partner with Finance to manage media budgets, governance, forecasting, and reporting processes. Deliver global Search & Social performance reporting and support leadership investment reviews with ROI benchmarks and key insights.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: This role requires high autonomy to design, build, and continuously refine reporting dashboards, operational workflows, and investment pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
