We’re looking for an HSE Technician to play a key role in supporting safe, compliant and efficient operations at our Milton Keynes Horsecare manufacturing site. Working closely with the HSE Manager and site leadership team, you’ll help drive a proactive safety culture across a fast‑paced production environment—ensuring we meet legal requirements, uphold Mars standards, and continuously improve how we operate. From leading risk assessments and supporting audits to influencing behaviours on the shopfloor, this role is critical in helping create a safe and engaging workplace for all associates.
