This role, based in our HQ in Aimargues, is responsible for the definition and deployment of European digitalisation of the E2E Vet reco model: e-recommendation, e-conversion, and e-retention.
More specifically, the role:
- Decodifies European needs and opportunities in the Vet Ecosystem in collaboration with markets.
- Defines and shapes the European digital R2C strategy and adoption plan.
- Influences global stakeholders to secure that EU needs and strategy are prioritised and considered in global platforms development and deployment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- E-RECO: Defines EU priorities to influence Global Roadmap Creation, collaborates with the Global Core team in Vet Digital strategy definition, owns KPI definition and monitoring, defines feature prioritisation for Global DT, follows up on developments, leads and supports tests with local units, leads the Vet Service Community, defines and supports business activation in clusters, and supports when issues arise.
- CONVERSION & RETENTION: Responsible for EU IVO Mapping & Assessment (always on), ensuring Digital Factory develops links with E-Recommendation, identifies and defines the best strategy and digital solutions to e-convert Vet recommendations while keeping the Vet in the value chain and respecting specific RTM requirements (e.g., Clinical Alliance).
- PMS INTEGRATION: Leads PMS Integration for EU (mapping/assessment/prioritisation/roadmap) and works closely with internal and external teams to make it happen.
- LOYALTY PLATFORMS/REWARD: EU mapping & assessment, supports units to integrate with RC technology, co-creates with the Global team a common approach (business & technical).
What are we looking for?
- Business management degree.
- Excellent English written/spoken; French written/spoken is considered a plus.
- Experience in sales or marketing (minimum 3 years); experience in the Digital Ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with strong influencing skills whilst building trusting and credible relationships.
- Project management & deployment experience.
- Able to handle complexity and ambiguity whilst managing to get things done.
- Experience in customer management and engagement.
- Experience with and interest in digital creative trends.
