Mars, Incorporated is seeking an Internal Audit Associate Director, Digital & Data Analytics. This hybrid role can be based in the UK (Paddington) or the USA (Chicago).

You will lead the transformation of Internal Audit, expanding the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence and accelerating Celonis as the core platform for continuous monitoring and proactive risk management. You will harness advanced analytics, automation, and data governance to enhance audit insights and improve efficiency.
