The Role
Support invoice and spend management, New Product Development (NPD) activities, and customer administration. Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations through strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong working relationships across a variety of teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A structured, proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Own transport is essential due to location
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoice processing and spend administration activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) projects by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining product information, and assisting with key project milestones.
- Provide general administrative support to customer-facing teams, ensuring the timely completion of requests and effective stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support business operations and decision-making.
- Prepare and analyse data using Excel and other business systems to provide insights and support operational activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
