Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking an Internal Audit Associate Director, Digital & Data Analytics. The role is hybrid, based in the UK Paddington or USA Chicago, and leads the transformation of our Internal Audit function with a focus on data analytics, Celonis, and continuous monitoring across Mars.

You will drive the Data Analytics Centre of Excellence, partner with IT on data governance, and mentor a high-performing team while engaging senior stakeholders and shaping risk.
