This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in the Greater Newcastle Area, with the flexibility to work from home as appropriate. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating project timelines
- Managing resources
- Supervising team members

- Adhering to relevant safety and regulatory standards
The current role is to manage a medium size multi-residential class 1 and 3 development in the Lake Macquarie / Newcastle council area. There is a portion of civil works involved. Class 2 experience is also viewed as an advantage, especially when dealing with the DBP Act.
Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
- Experience in Expediting and proficiency with Expeditor processes
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures and expertise in ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordinating schedules, materials, and resources
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with effective time-management skills
- Proven track record in managing construction or related industry projects is an advantage
- Relevant qualifications such as formal training in construction, project management, or a related field preferred
