We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Business Partner to join our close-knit Business Development and Marketing team. You will play a key role in driving growth through business development initiatives, working closely with senior leaders to develop strategies and execute plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify targeting initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies with Marrons and marketing/BD colleagues.
- Manage stakeholders, including Marrons leadership, and coordinate with the wider marketing team on priorities and objectives.
- Act as a conduit between fee-earning teams and marketing specialists, executing initiatives directly.
- Research partnership and sponsorship opportunities, collaborating on event and activation plans across brands.
- Ensure opportunities for winning work are captured and followed up post-events or campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure quality inbound leads.
- Manage brand identity, ensuring consistent promotion across all channels and coordinating asset production.
- Manage the calendar of events and oversee client feedback and stakeholder actions.
- Champion the use of CRM and analytics to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Manage marketing budgets for brand initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in marketing or business development, either client-side or agency/consultancy, with planning or surveying experience preferred.
- Passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels.

- Self-managed, with strong prioritization skills.

- Commercially astute with excellent written and presentation skills.
