Responsibilities

  • Co-create and deliver marketing and BD plans, driving initiatives forward and supporting key client relationships.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and senior stakeholders, connecting fee earners with marketing specialists to unlock opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver events, partnerships and campaigns that support growth.
  • Use insights, CRM data and market intelligence to identify new opportunities and track impact.
  • Lead BD meetings, follow up on opportunities, and support effective pipeline management.
  • Coach and support colleagues to build confidence and capability in business development.
