We are currently looking to appoint a Receptionist/Admin Assistant and Student Support Coordinator for 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days. You should have a pleasant personality, be able to streamline office operations and execute them to the highest quality standards and work in a timely and effective manner.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Deal with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deal with student queries as they arise in a supportive manner.
  • Contribute to the development of administration and other procedures that are conducive to efficient and effective operation and supportive of the core purpose of the school (student learning).

You should be a good team player who is efficient, enthusiastic, friendly, reliable and professional. An understanding of how you can support colleagues to achieve the school's aims and visions as well as the current pressures schools are facing is an advantage; therefore, experience in a school environment is desirable.
