**What youu2019ll be doing our newly appointed Sous Chef**
**Assist in Kitchen Leadership:** Support day-to-day culinary operations, supervise cooks, and ensure staffing meets service and financial goals. Act as a role model and maintain strong collaboration with front-of-house teams.
**Operational Excellence:** Work with the Executive Chef to set goals, manage food costs, payroll, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
**Menu & Quality Control:** Contribute to menu development, monitor food quality and presentation, and maintain purchasing and storage standards.
**Guest Experience:** Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and ensure consistent quality and hospitality.
**Team Development:** Coach and train staff, manage performance appraisals, maintain fair treatment, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
