HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Deliver a seamless and personalised reservations experience, managing all booking enquiries, amendments and cancellations across phone and written channels.
  • Intuitively identify each guest’s preferences to secure the most suitable room type and rate, tailored to their stay.
  • Accurately verify availability and rates, ensuring every reservation reflects both guest expectations and brand standards.
  • Clearly articulate guarantee requirements, special rates and cancellation terms with confidence and discretion.
  • Capture, accommodate and meticulously document special requests to anticipate guest needs ahead of arrival.
  • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for W London, providing refined insight into hotel facilities, services and room offerings.
  • Apply refined sales techniques to optimise revenue while enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain precise and timely data entry within the reservations system, ensuring accuracy at every touchpoint.
  • Correctly process and code special reservation types, including complimentary stays, employee rates, travel agent inspection bookings and wholesale reservations.
