The Program Performance Manager – Red Zone Recovery Program will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and plays an integral role in supporting all components of the Red Zone Recovery Program through data analysis, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role acts as a central coordination point, partnering with hotel teams and discipline leaders to translate insights into action and drive measurable performance improvement. Through strong analytical capability, structured communication, and collaboration across functions, the role supports adherence to Marriott standards and enhances guest satisfaction.
Core Work Activities
- Program Management & Coordination
- Manage timelines and governance for the Red Zone Recovery Program
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date program documentation and communication materials
- Serve as a key liaison between hotel teams and corporate stakeholders
- Track improvement plans, provide performance commentary, and report back to Operations leadership
- Build clear dashboards, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional disciplines (e.g., Planning & Strategy, F&B) to promote quality initiatives
- Stay informed on industry standards, regulations, and best practices in hospitality quality assurance and ensure alignment
- Analytics
- Collect, organise, and analyse data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making
- Highlight inefficiencies and opportunities for process and workflow improvements
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to various stakeholder groups
- Work with both quantitative and qualitative data to provide a comprehensive analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
- Administration
- Design and prepare various reports
- Maintain, collate, and distribute relevant activity reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials
- Respond promptly to requests for information and support
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings
- Gather information from multiple sources and conduct research to support analysis
- Deliver virtual or in-person program training sessions where required
- Tracking and Measurement
- Monitor project progress and effectiveness, capturing and applying lessons learned
- Prepare concise updates and reports for a range of stakeholders
- Provide analysis on Red Zone hotel performance across the organization
- Identify and share best practices to support hotels requiring improvement
Candidate Profile
- Required
- Experience in program management, analytics, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workflows
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Flexibility based on business needs
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide aligned analysis
- Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the lodging or hospitality industry and/or graduate of a Marriott Voyage program
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify performance gaps
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to design and implement tracking systems for documents and reporting
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects within a complex organisation
Education and Professional Certification
- Three-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Project Management and/or Data Analysis certification preferred
