As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering marketing initiatives that contribute to the commercial success of our portfolio, brands, hotels, and programmes across EMEA markets. Your role will focus on implementing campaigns to raise awareness and drive consideration for Marriott Bonvoy and our brands, helping to grow market share and support revenue objectives. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions and geographies, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In partnership with the EMEA Commercial Organisation and supporting teams, you will help ensure marketing activities are tailored to the needs of our business and consumers and reflect the unique characteristics of EMEA markets. Success in this role requires a solid foundation in marketing, digital, brand, and loyalty disciplines, as well as strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholder requirements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience in marketing and proficiency in marketing practices will enable you to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our organisation.
Expected Contribution
- Assist in developing, and/or executing marketing plans and strategies to support business KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to help deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with the tailoring of marketing activities to suit local market and cultural needs within EMEA.
- Ensure marketing activities adhere to brand standards.

Activation
- Execute activation plans to raise awareness of Marriott Bonvoyβs Premium, Select, and Midscale brands in EMEA through brand activations, halo openings, partnerships, and campaign support.
- Coordinate and implement the EMEA activation calendar for Premium & Select Brands, Loyalty, Sponsorships, Customer Engagement, Internal Events, and Trade Shows across key markets.
- Support identification and delivery of opportunities to elevate the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, programme, brands, or sponsorships through consumer marketing activations.
- Ensure activation deliverables (including new/halo openings) are developed into audience-led 360 campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Assist in developing and activating strategies for brand sponsorships in collaboration with the Marriott Bonvoy team.
- Support loyalty engagement initiatives by coordinating events, experiences, and activations aimed at Marriott Bonvoy members.
- Support delivery halo/new opening activation plans.
- Collaborate with Commercial Marketing and Sales teams to execute customer engagement activities and maintain the calendar of events.
- Manage logistics and coordination for member, owner, stakeholder, and development engagement opportunities using marketing activation assets.
- Lead on-the-ground execution of activations, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality or consumer-focused industries.
- Familiarity with multi-market operations and cultural adaptability.
- Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience in digital marketing and brand support activities.
- Strong organisational skills with basic understanding of budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing plans and deliver measurable results.
