We are seeking an exceptional Head Mixologist to lead the craft, creativity and theatre of our bar programme. This is a defining opportunity for a beverage innovator with impeccable technical skill, a deep understanding of flavour, and a passion for creating extraordinary cocktail experiences. As Head Mixologist, you will be the visionary behind the bar identity, shaping distinctive beverage concepts, elevating service rituals, and setting new standards of luxury mixology. You will direct daily bar operations, train and inspire the bar team, ensure compliance and excellence in every detail, and bring to life moments of glamour and storytelling that embody the St. Regis legacy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring seamless service and immaculate preparation standards.
- Maintain exceptional product quality, presentation and ingredient integrity across all beverage offerings.
- Lead the development of innovative cocktail menus, seasonal creations and brand-aligned beverage experiences.
- Manage par levels, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy to support operational and financial goals.
- Ensure full compliance with UK licensing, health & safety, food handling and sanitation regulations.
- Train and coach the bar team in mixology techniques, product knowledge, responsible alcohol service and luxury service behaviours.
- Monitor staffing levels to meet guest expectations and business demands, supporting labour management systems.
- Engage with guests to personalise experiences, capture feedback and embody signature St. Regis hospitality.
- Uphold all cash handling, credit, and liquor control policies, ensuring consistency and accountability.
- Support wider Food & Beverage operations as required, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing department.
