We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Relations Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As our Guest Relations Agent you will have a natural ability to connect with people and have a creative flair to deliver personalised tailored service to our guests.
As a Guest Relations Agent you will:
- Create and arrange amenities to surprise and delight our guests.
- Have presence in the lobby, meeting, greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
- Liaise with guests, finding out their preferences and updating their Opera profiles.
- Manage and swiftly resolve guest complaints.
- Be the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
- Serve as a main point of contact for long-stay guests to ensure consistency.
