The impact you’ll make

Breakfast, lunch or dinner, the best meals aren’t just made by our brilliant chefs. They’re made even more memorable by the great service our guests enjoy. As one of our experts, you’ll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You’ll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away. Thanks to you, our guests will feel well-fed, happy and wanting to come back for more.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and in line with service standards
  • Take room service orders accurately via phone or system, ensuring attention to detail
  • Set up trays and trolleys attractively and according to brand presentation standards
  • Ensure all orders meet quality, temperature, and dietary requirements
  • Provide a warm, professional, and discreet service experience for all guests
  • Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of room service areas, equipment, and service stations
  • Handle guest queries, special requests, and concerns with efficiency and courtesy
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow all health, safety, food hygiene, and company policies at all times

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, you’ll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping, and move over uneven or sloping surfaces.
