The London EDITION is looking for its Duty Manager. As the Duty Manager, you will oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. You will represent property management in resolving any guest or property-related situation and manage the flow of questions, directing guests within the lobby.
As a Duty Manager, you will:
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise.
- Communicate any variations to the established norms to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures.
- Strive to improve service performance.
- Emphasize guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focus on continuous improvement.
- Celebrate successes and publicly recognise the contributions of team members.
- Record guest issues in the guest response tracking system.
- Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
