**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a visionary Cost Controller to play a pivotal role in managing the flow of goods into the hotel and ensuring that all deliveries are accurately recorded and fully accounted for. You will oversee stock management across all food and beverage areas, including establishing and maintaining par levels, supporting and placing orders when required, and ensuring seamless communication between the operations and finance teams. Your work will streamline processes, strengthen cost controls, and enable clear, accurate reporting across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs, ensuring PAR levels are followed.
  • Identify and apply corrective action for all discrepancies and communicate with finance management.
  • Notify F&B manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and delivery notes to ensure count accuracy.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual received merchandise, and report to manager/supervisor as necessary.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Post invoices in PeopleSoft.
  • Import food credits in Beagle and send Food Flash report on weekly basis.
  • Track departments requisition forms and processed them in the system.
  • Review and process all office checks correctly.
  • Support with monthly Capcon liquor audits to ensure positive results.
  • Prepare, review and maintain reconciliations of F&B revenue and resolve any discrepancies found in a timely manner.
  • Comply with Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.
  • Be available to work on any day of the week, including weekends.

  • Similar experience in a large-scale hospitality environment with a high flow of deliveries across all areas of the business preferred.
  • Pro-active, reliable & must display an extremely high degree of integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hotel service team in providing exceptional customer service.
