**What youu2019ll do as our newly appointed Banqueting Floor Manager:**
Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements and resolve problems in a timely manner
Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling and motivating employees
Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
Ensure banquet staff is working together as a team, inspect staffu2019s grooming standards
