**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Guest Relations Manager at W Edinburgh will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels like a VIP. You will spend time with our guests, getting to know them on an individual basis and devising creative ways to make their stay feel personalised to them. You will work closely with all other departments to make your vision a reality. You will also manage a team of Guest Relations Agents.
We are looking for someone who is a people-person, creative and understands luxury service!
As Guest Relations Manager, key aspects of your role will include (but are not limited to):
Be the key liaison with our most high-profile guests.
Work with our F&B team to develop innovative amenity programmes.
Build relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
Work in partnership with the Welcome Office (Front Office) management team.
Assist in the training of junior members of the Welcome Office team to ensure they deliver consistent, personalised service.
Act as a role model in how to interact with guests and others.
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols.
Develop teamwork throughout your team.
Manage all aspects of your team, including payroll, training, recruitment, performance and discipline.
Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brandu2019s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent.
