**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised **Executive Assistant** to provide seamless support to the General Manager. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to managing executive priorities in a luxury hospitality environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
Proactive diary and inbox management, ensuring the General Manageru2019s schedule is prioritised and managed effectively.
Organising and coordinating international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinating meetings, both virtual and in-person, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Managing expense claims and financial administration related to the General Manageru2019s activities.
Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Operating standard office equipment and managing communications via phone, email, and fax.
Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.
