ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the SUSHISAMBA Barback will have overall responsibility assisting in the daily operation of the bar, ensuring the bar team has the resources to provide exceptional service to our guests. Joining the pre-opening team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and the restaurant’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is creative, motivated and passionate!
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up areas
- Wash glassware
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Secure liquors, beers, wine, coolers, cabinets and storage areas

- Previous experience working in high-end, high-volume restaurants and/or bars
