At W Edinburgh, be expected to welcome and assist all guests arriving and departing from SUSHISAMBA. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel's operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate. As Host/Hostess, key aspects of your role will include:
- Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us
- Welcome guests warmly and personally
- Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return
- Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan
- Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
