Join Our Fleet Team – LBDM Opportunity at Wolsey Van Centre
Wolsey Van Centre is expanding its Commercial Van Team and is seeking experienced Automotive Local Business Development Managers (LBDMs) and Sales Professionals who are ready to take the next step in their automotive career.
As part of the world’s leading automotive brand and a multi-award-winning team, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive sales and eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
In the LBDM role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers across your designated territory, understanding their unique needs, and expertly presenting, demonstrating, and selling fleet vehicles and associated products. Your efforts will align with our volume and quality sales targets.
You’ll be set clear individual objectives and supported with the tools, resources, and team assistance needed to help you succeed—and ideally exceed—your goals. This includes a structured fleet sales enquiry process and dedicated support roles.
Success in this role requires genuine enthusiasm for our market-leading products and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be driven to meet personal targets while also contributing to a collaborative team culture. Your determination and resilience will ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience—every time.
Digital fluency is essential. You’ll build a strong online presence to attract new prospects and leverage social media platforms to maximise engagement. You’ll also monitor, analyse, and report performance data regularly to the LBDM Manager.
While prior automotive sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a strong desire to succeed. Comprehensive training and qualification support will be provided in partnership with Volkswagen UK for the successful applicant.
