Role Responsibilities
- Organise and sustain a professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well presented service environment.
- Demonstrate confidence, an outgoing personality and a smart, professional appearance.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and build strong customer relationships.
- Utilise IT skills with computers, tablets and smart phones.
- Negotiate and work under pressure, both as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications
- GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A – C) or equivalent in English, Maths and one other subject.
- Functional Skills Level 2.
