A position has become available for a Warranty Supervisor, based at Ipswich Volkswagen. This is a key role at the heart of our aftersales operations. As Warranty Supervisor, you’ll protect revenue, drive process improvement and make a real difference to how we deliver for our customers, manufacturers and colleagues. What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring accurate, compliant and timely submission of all warranty and goodwill claims.
- Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty performance to drive efficiency and results.
- Managing accurate records of claims, credits, rejections and customer contributions.
- Reviewing warranty systems and processes to identify improvements and best practice.
- Leading regular site and claims audits, providing clear feedback and practical action plans.
- Supporting managers and teams through coaching, training and hands‑on guidance.
- Communicating recalls, process changes and warranty updates across the business.
- Working closely with manufacturers, repair partners and internal stakeholders.
- Operating within agreed KPIs to maximise claim recovery and reduce write‑offs.
