Marriott Motor Group is recruiting for a Group Warranty Executive based at Ipswich Volkswagen. As a Warranty Executive, you will be responsible for accurately submitting warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis, while efficiently administering manufacturer warranty systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all policy claims promptly and ensure customer reimbursements are correct.
- Support costing activities and ensure Workshop Controller procedures align with company standards.
- Complete all documentation in line with the Assurance Policy.
- Maintain strict control over displaced material returned.
- Review and clear weekly statements, investigating overdue or unpaid claims and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit all warranty claims for payment.
- Uphold company standards regarding funds, premises, vehicles, and other resources.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience handling warranty queries in the automotive sector is highly advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical information accurately.
- Familiarity with standard forms and documentation processes.
- Strong numeracy skills and experience working with financial statements.
- Highly organised and able to follow structured processes logically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Computer literate; experience with Kerridge/CDK is desirable but not essential.
