Ipswich Audi has an exclusive opportunity to join the team as an Assistant Sales Manager; this role would be ideally suited to established Automotive Sales Executives, looking for their first role in management. As an Assistant Sales Manager you will be a dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to become an integral hub within the team. You will be confident in driving standards with the sales process which reflects in achieved sales performance. You will be confident in use of digital sales tools and systems.
The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach, personal drive and a desire to succeed in our customer centric business. You will have experience in managing staff and will lead by example, demonstrating a high standard of integrity, excellent personal presentation and a consistently competent and professional approach. You will also have a positive attitude, together with the determination to make a success of your chosen career.
Overview of the Roles
- Drive your own sales as well as support the sales activities of the team
- Promote products to customers, with weekly monitoring of penetration rates
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to increase sales revenue, customer retention, and overall business performance
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and sales processes, prioritising fair treatment of all customers
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Maintain organised administration and uphold housekeeping standards for a professional work environment
You will advise and support our Sales Executives in providing an excellent sales experience to our customers. You will also assist our customers in determining how best to fund their purchases and will advise them with regard to suitable Finance options available, taking ownership of the funding process from enquiry through to accurate completion of the associated administration.. You will have a proven track record in the motor industry and an in-depth knowledge of funding methods in addition to knowledge of both regulated and non-regulated insurance products. You will also be familiar with working in an environment regulated by the FCA.
