About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will support the daily operations of the Aftersales department, with a particular focus on the workshop. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing workshop planning and resource allocation
  • Managing team performance, including coaching, development, and motivation
  • Ensuring seamless communication between the workshop, front-of-house service team, and customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by clearly explaining technical issues and quotations in a professional, jargon-free manner
  • Monitoring workflow and assigning jobs to the most suitably qualified Technicians
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency across the team
  • Providing timely updates and feedback to both colleagues and customers
