The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Previous sales and/or events experience in hospitality, confidence in being a part of a team, experience with dealing with managers of other departments, confidence when communicating with clients, prepared to work occasional evenings and weekends for client showings and events.
This position includes proactive and reactive sales tasks, you will be a member of the Sales & Events team and work closely with the Director of B&F and our Head Chef, to ensure that all group and event enquiries are answered in a timely and friendly manner. This involves any effort to convert and enquiry which came via phone or email or any other channel into a confirmed and contracted event.
The Sales Executive is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients with the aim to create loyalty and return business. Pro-active approach to drive new revenue and setting up an action plan to achieve budgeted goals.
