Sales Director – Premium London Caterer
Location: SW London
Salary: ÂŁ80,000 + Excellent Commission

As the business continues to scale and strengthen its position in the London events market, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy and drive new business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a high‑performing sales strategy.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business.
- Identify, pursue, and secure large‑scale event contracts and long‑term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing on innovative campaigns and branding alignment.
- Represent the business at networking events, showcases, and partner venues.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
- Strengthen and expand the company\’s presence within top London venues and the wider industry (agencies and direct clients).
About You
- Proven senior sales leadership experience within event catering or agency.
- A strong personal network within the London events industry – your \”little black book\” should be extensive and active.
- A track record of delivering commercial growth and meeting high‑value sales targets.
- Confident, polished, and comfortable representing a premium brand.
