  • Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift

  • Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift

  • Promoting a welcoming environment

  • Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation

  • Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks

  • Ensure smooth running of financial related duties

  • Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role

  • Assist in HR related duties including payroll, reviews and recruitment

  • To upskill and develop the supervisors and associates

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have hospitality reception supervisory or management related experience. It is also desirable to have night experience but not essential.
