As a Banqueting Floor Manager, you’ll learn from some of the best in the industry; people who have walked these corridors for a great many years. What you’ll do as our newly appointed Banqueting Floor Manager:
- Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling and motivating employees.
- Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen.
- Ensure banquet staff is working together as a team, inspect staff’s grooming standards.
