To take overall responsibility for the domestic team and the standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home.
To ensure the domestic function runs efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively, so that day-to-day domestic matters are managed within the team.
To ensure the home's cleaning practices meet CQC, Health & Safety, and COSHH requirements at all times.
To manage, support and develop the domestic team so that residents experience a clean, comfortable, and dignified home.
To work as a hands-on member of the domestic team, carrying out cleaning duties alongside overseeing and managing the team, leading by example on standards.
