We are looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with strong creative and editorial instincts to take the new role of Publishing and Social Manager.
About the role...
- You'll own our video publishing schedule , making sure every release has the right copy, artwork, metadata and assets, and is delivered accurately and on time.
- You'll also lead on-platform merchandising : creating collections, campaigns and promotional placements that help audiences discover what to watch and drive engagement across our catalogue.
- You'll create, edit and commission compelling social content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and other channels; finding the hooks, stories and cultural connections that make people stop, watch and engage.

- Responsible for the publishing schedule for our content, working closely with the Content and Operations team to ensure every release drives interest and engagement.
- Creates, executes and optimises on-platform merchandising campaigns that drive viewing to existing content and integrate with wider marketing and distribution priorities.
- Leads the planning and execution of our social media strategy, including the production and publishing of brand identity content, editorial depth formats and tentpole campaigns.
- Responsible for managing and cultivating talent and influencer partnerships that extend our reach and increase on-platform engagement.
- Works closely with the CRM Manager to maximise customer viewing through CRM, platform notifications and other mechanisms.
- Work closely with the Growth Manager to align content and messaging across platforms in order to harmonise with acquisition and retention marketing.
- Interprets data and insights to continuously adapt and optimise all aspects of publishing, engagement and social media, and reports this regularly to leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Uses editorial content to maximise the visibility of our website and programming to search engines and generative AI tools.
You'll ideally bring...
- 3-5 years' experience in social media, digital publishing, content or editorial production
- Experience managing a busy publishing calendar
- Strong writing and editorial judgement
- Hands-on social video editing skills
- Confidence working with metadata, artwork, CMS and digital assets
- A data-led approach to improving viewing and engagement
- A genuine interest in arts, culture and entertainment
