Responsible for day-to-day administrative support of Masimo’s Global Sales Team. The position will work closely with Sales Operations, IS, and Operations teams to maintain processes, reports, and systems for Global Health and Africa orders. This role requires a strong service mindset to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Health and Africa divisions to assist in managing various administrative projects (working during PST hours).
- Develop consistent and proactive communications with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and updates.
- Proactively anticipate shipment issues and work internally and externally to resolve them promptly.
- Resolve customer order queries and issues, providing order status updates.
- Communicate quality-related information to customers and coordinate internally with the team.
- Promote and maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric culture in response to customer questions.
- Regularly review overdue orders and orders on hold.
- Coordinate the supply and shipment of evaluation units, samples, and other supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
