Lead global marketing for Laura Ashley across the UK and international markets. This role sets the global marketing direction, ensures brand consistency across licensee partners, and aligns internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, commercially relevant brand activity. This position does not directly operate e-commerce but requires strong understanding of social, digital and marketplace ecosystems to guide partner execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global marketing strategy across UK and Rest of World.
  • Translate brand positioning into clear, executable plans across regions and partners.
  • Partner with US team to align global priorities, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Set annual and seasonal marketing direction tied to product launches and retail calendars.
  • Own the marketing channel mix, driving performance across social, content, PR, influencers, partnerships, events, digital marketing, and retail.

Brand

  • Own and evolve brand guidelines across all channels and markets.
  • Act as final approval for brand expression across campaigns, content, and partner activity.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all licensing and retail partners.
  • Lead development of seasonal toolkits and brand assets for global use.

Marketing

  • Guide marketing execution across a global network of licensing and retail partners.
  • Provide direction across key channels including social, PR, influencer, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency across partner-operated e-commerce and digital platforms.
  • Lead concepting of global campaigns and key seasonal brand moments.
  • Oversee creative direction for content and brand imagery.
  • Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations that support brand positioning.
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand presence across cultural and commercial moments.

Social & PR

  • Define global social strategy and content direction.
  • Oversee PR strategy and agency relationships.
  • Set frameworks for influencer activity and brand storytelling.
  • Establish performance tracking across social and PR.

Leadership & General

  • Lead and develop the UK marketing team.
  • Ensure focus, prioritization, and alignment with global strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Management and Design teams.
  • Act as the central marketing lead across internal and external stakeholders.

Experience operating within a global brand or licensing model. Strong brand and creative judgment. Ability to lead through influence across partners and regions. Deep understanding of modern marketing channels, particularly social and content. Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.

Location: Home working / London (Hammersmith). Full time position, Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.30.
