- Salary Scale: NJC SO1 pro rata £34,434 – £39,152 (actual £32,094 – £36,491)

Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of the year group.
- Join the pastoral team and work closely with the Pastoral Manager, Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
- Support the improvement of outcomes for young people.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent practitioner with a passion for improving outcomes for young people.
- Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
Benefits
