Stockport East and South PCN seeks a highly motivated General Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team across 8 GP Practices.
The role offers 2-8 sessions per week, with a 6-month fixed-term contract funded through the ARRS scheme.
You will work autonomously, diagnose and treat patients in practice and on home visits, and collaborate with pharmacists, paramedics, social prescribers and other clinicians to deliver high-quality primary care across Stockport East and South PCN.
