Lift Service | Lift Repair
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
Benefits: Highly competitive paid overtime, £500/week standby allowance, all travel expenses and door-to-door travel time paid, NVQ Level 4 or management progression available, additional earning opportunities to be discussed at application stage.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Lift Engineer to take ownership of a dedicated service route, ensuring lifts are maintained to the highest standards. This is a service and repair, call-out-based role in South Wales, offering excellent earning potential and long-term progression.
The Lift Engineer Role:
- Efficiently manage your own service route.
- Carry out service and repair works on both passenger and goods lifts.
- Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance across passenger, goods, and service lifts, as well as associated lifting equipment.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Accurately report services, repairs, and defects to support continuous improvement and safety standards.
- Complete planned maintenance schedules in line with agreed Service Contracts.
Ideal Lift Engineer Candidate:
- Currently working as a Lift Service Engineer, Lift Repair Engineer, or Lift Installation Engineer with 2+ years’ industry experience.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above (or equivalent) in a lift engineering discipline.
- Lives within a commutable distance of Swansea.
- Holds a clean UK Driving Licence.
